We ate noodles I was given by the noodle-making factory.
さすが製麺所だけあって、とてもおいしい。
It’s certainly a factory and the noodles were great.
麺がモチモチしているし、スープもスーパーの市販品とはあきらかに違う。
The noodles were chewy and the flavour of the soup was different from the one sold in supermarkets.
妻もおいしいと言ってたし、わたしもとても気に入った。
I love it and my wife also had the same opinion about it as me.
今日は初めてということでシンプルに味変をせずに食べたが、醤油ラーメンなので、いろいろアレンジが試せそう。
I didn’t put any flavouring or spices such as garlic and kimchi since this was a trial tasting for me. As shoyu noodles are simple to make, I can mix it with various types of flavours.
また、両親にも紹介したい。
I think I want to bring it back and share it with my parents.
