While attending the meeting, I found that I needed to visit the site again next Monday.
現場で新しい工事が始めるにあたっての打合せと立会に参加するためである。
The purpose of visiting the site is to attend a meeting and be an on-site witness for the new construction work that is to start on the day.
当該工事は、わたし自身にとっても初めての工事になるので、ぜひ現地で話を聞き、見てみたいと思った。
I wanted to see and hear about the work at the site directly due to it being the first time for me.
スケジュール変更が多く大変な面もあるが、エジプトでスケジュール変更は当たり前だったので全然苦にならない。
Although schedule changes have already occurred many times in my new position, I don’t mind them because I was used to doing them in Egypt.
