明日の朝一からの現場での会議に参加するため、今日の午後から現場へ移動である。
I left my house in the afternoon to attend the meeting at the construction site first thing tomorrow morning.
移動中も定例の会議が満載だったこと、ホテルに着くのが夜遅くになることから、お昼を食べてから出発した。
I had my lunch due to the meetings during my journey and the late arrival at my hotel.
そうしたら、午後の会議が眠くて頭に入ってこなかった上に、ホテルに着いた時には空腹で結局、あとから食べてしまった。
In this case, I couldn’t keep anything in my brain because of sleepiness. Moreover, I got hungry when I arrived at the hotel and had dinner.
やはり、お昼に食べるのはよくない。
So, I learned that having lunch was not so good for me.
次回は到着が遅くとも、きちんと着いてから食べるようにする。
I will only have dinner next time even if the arrival time is late.
