I learned from a new book about project management, and that I should review projects whether they are successful or failed.
当たり前のことであるが、正直あまりできていない。
It is quite obvious but honestly, I haven’t been able to do it so far.
まして、今の会社では、どちらの場合においても、振り返るという文化が全く無い職場だったので、改めて重要性を認識した。
Furthermore, we don’t really have a culture of reviewing previous projects in my current company, so I realised again how important reviewing is.
新しい会社では、それを忘れずに実施していくとともに、副業においてもそれを実施していきたい。
I won’t forget it and will make it happen both in my new job and side hustle.
