退職を宣言したにも関わらず、仕事をふられ、今日はお昼休みをとることができなかった。
Even though I already submitted my resignation, I wasn’t able to take my lunch break due to some miscellaneous work my boss assigned.
わたしはもうこの会社を辞める身であるため、そこまで気にならなかったが、仕事を振ってきた上司も昼休みを潰して仕事をしていた。
I wasn’t bothered by it since I will leave the company, but my boss also worked during the lunch break.
昼休みにまで仕事をしなければならないことよりも、そこまでしなければならないくらいに業務が溜まっていることが問題である。
Working during the break is not a big issue but it is a big problem that he has lots of tasks beyond his capacity.
そもそも効率化できる要素はいっぱいあるのに、それをしない会社にも責任があると考える。
My company hasn’t been improving the employee’s productivity though many things can be optimized. So, I think that the company’s working and organisational culture has a serious problem.
