今日は会社に行かなければならない日にも関わらず、天候は最悪である。
Even though I had to work at the office, the weather was terrible.
昨日と打って変わって気温が低く、朝から雪がちらついている。
Today was a complete change from yesterday and it was cold and snowy in the morning.
しかも、今はいている靴は濡れている路面で滑るのでゆっくり慎重に歩かなければならず、会社までの道のりが遠い。
Furthermore, I was careful about walking outside and taking care not to slip because the soles of my shoes are completely worn down. I felt that the commute was longer than usual.
今度の休みにくつを買いに行こうと思う。ビジネスでもプライベートでも使えるものを１足買いたい。
I will go buy new shoes this weekend which will be used for both my business life and private life.
