先日、応募した日系企業２社にて、書類選考で落ちてしまった。
I couldn’t reach the second round of interviews for 2 Japanese companies and failed at the documents screening.
外資系では書類で落ちることはないのに、日系企業となると状況が変わってくる。
I haven’t failed foreign affairs at this stage yet, but the circumstance with the Japanese companies was totally different.
エージェントからは他候補者のほうが応募したポジションにマッチしているということだが、それだけではないと思う。
The recruitment consultants told me that other applicants were more suitable for the position. However, I don’t think that’s the case at all.
その原因として、日本語の書類が問題なのではないかと考える。
As the reason for failing a document screening would have been that my Japanese resume was not good enough.
英語版と比べると内容が薄いので、英語版を日本語に翻訳することにする。
Since the contents were less than the English one, I will translate my English resume into Japanese.
