フードデリバリーサービスのライバル撤退により、それまで高く維持されてきた配達料金が下がってきていると話してくれた。
He told me that the delivery charge has decreased because the competitor of Uber Eats withdrew from business.
それに伴い、固定費を下げるために現在の事務所を閉めることに決めたそう。
So, he decided to close his office to secure his income.
事務所が無くなると、今後は会うことが難しくなってしまう。
If he closed his office, it would be difficult to see each other.
なので、それまでに転職の報告をしたいと思った。
I think I need to settle the job interviews and report it to him before he closes his office.
