Based on the performance review yesterday and my explosive argument with my wife two days ago, I decided on my future plan.
今回の転職面接で、転職しようと思う。
I will move to a company where I can pass the interview.
我慢しても今の会社で続けてさえいけば、いつかは報われると思っていた。
I was thinking that my efforts would be rewarded someday if I did my best for the work without giving up.
しかし、わたしが理想とするところを会社は求めていない。
But I realized at the performance review that the vision of my company was different from mine.
であれば、YouTubeの動画でいっているとおり、転職して自分のキャリアを作っていこうと思う。
So, I’m going to make a career myself by moving to a different company as a video on YouTube recommends.
なにより、楽しく仕事がしたい。
Anyway, I want to enjoy working more than anything.
本業が原因で、家族に迷惑をかけることだけはしたくない。
I don’t want to fight with my family anymore because of the main job.
