昨年の海外研修でお世話になったシンガポール支社が主催する説明会に参加した。
I attended a seminar which was held in my company’s branch office in Singapore.
本説明会は、２週間に１度、現地で活躍されている日本人を招くというもの。
I have been there once before when I went overseas for training last year. The seminar is held every other week and the presenters are the Japanese who play an active role in Singapore.
わたしは休業中で知らなかったが、すでに10回以上開催していた。
I didn’t know that the seminars were held more than 10 times because of my paternity leave.
今日のプレゼンターは、現地で起業され家族みんなで移住されている方であった。
Today’s presentation was given by a person who has his own company and lives in Singapore with his family.
わたしの理想にとても近いことを実現されている人であり、ここまでこれた理由を仲間の大切さ、絶対に諦めないことの２つだと説明した。
He is who I can see myself to be and he explained that the reasons for his success were placing an importance on friendship and never giving up.
YouTubeでも同様のことを言っていたので、彼の説明はそれを証明したかたちに見えた。
I have found these two tips in a video on YouTube and he proved them.
わたしも、自分のゴールを実現するまで諦めないと決めた。
I decided to never give up on achieving my goal.
