今日は平日ということで、早速お昼休みに散歩に行ってきた。
I went for a walk today at lunchtime because it was a weekday.
本来であれば、長男と２人で行きたかったが妻もいくというので、結果して３人で行くことに。
I was originally thinking that I would go with my child alone but, my wife wanted to do so with us together. Therefore, we all walked around together.
歩きながら妻の隣でシャドーイングするわけにもいかないので、普通に散歩してきた。
Since shadowing English next to her was not going to happen, we went for a walk while chatting.
３人で散歩に出かけるのは久しぶりだ。
This was the first time walking around with her for a while.
緊急事態宣言も明けたのもあり、街の中は人がけっこういた。
The shopping district was a little busy because the declaration of a state of emergency had been lifted.
それにしても、お昼どきというのもあり、いろいろなお店からいい匂いがしてくる。
Also, the smell of restaurants in the district made me hungry while walking by.
昼を食べない私にとって、歩くルートを考える必要があると感じた。
I felt that I needed to choose walking routes.
