３か月に１度の歯医者の日。
Today was my quarterly visit to the dentist.
いつも通りに夫婦でキレイにしてもらった。
Both my wife and I had our teeth cleaned and polished as usual.
やはり歯がきれいになると気持ちがいい。そしてなによりも安心する。
It felt good when my teeth were cleaned and I was relieved.
歯を大切にしてこなかったことを後悔する人が多い中で、今のうちからしっかりきれいにしていることで、将来の不安が１つ無くなるのはとてもうれしい。
I learned that lots of people when they are old regret that they didn’t care about their teeth when they were younger. I’m careful with my teeth now and I don’t think I will regret taking care of my teeth.
これからも続けていきたい。
I want to keep going to the dentist to keep my teeth clean.
