現在住んでいるマンションの賃貸について検討した。
I thought about letting out my own house.
万が一、海外赴任になったときのために、今のマンションをどうするかを決めておこうという考え。
Just in case of being assigned abroad, I want to decide to handle my house in advance.
ネットで最低限の情報を調べつつ、自分の想定が間違っていないかを不動産屋にも確認してみた。
I searched on the Internet how to let out my house and I contacted a real estate agent to ask about whether my assumption was correct or not.
すると、思っていた以上に多額の家賃で貸し出せることがわかった。
I then found out that the rent of my house was more expensive than I expected.
しかし、それ以上に不動産屋の仲介手数料がかかるため、仮に海外赴任期間に賃貸に出したところで、住宅ローンや税金などの費用を考慮すると利益が出ないことがわかった。
However, I have to pay more agent charges beyond the high rent. Taking into consideration the essential costs like mortgage and taxes, I learned that there would be no profit in it if I would let out my house during an assignment abroad.
赤字にしてまで保有していたい物件ではないので、海外赴任が決まったら即売却することに決めた。
Since I don’t want to keep my property in the red, I decided that I will sell it once I am assigned abroad.
それにしても、早く海外赴任辞令がほしい！
Anyway, I want to work abroad soon!
