今日から階段トレーニングを再開した。
I restarted going up the stairs at my apartment today.
というのも、日課のランニングに行くため、エントランスに着いたときに外が土砂降りになっているのに気がついた。
I noticed that it was raining outside when I came to the entrance of my apartment to go running for my morning routine.
マンションに住んでるあるあるの１つだと思う。
This is something people living on the upper floor in an apartment can relate to.
そのまま部屋に引き返すのでは運動にならないので、階段で最上階まで行ってきた。
Since I didn’t want to go back to my room directly, I went up the stairs to the top floor.
久しぶりの階段トレーニングはランニングより疲れるが、とても気持ちいい。
It’s been a long time since I went up the stairs for training and it made me feel refreshed although I got more tired than from running.
