He assumed that the declaration will affect his business.
これまで飲食店は、お客さんを入れるのはしなくても、Uber Eatsのための営業をしている店が多かったが、今日からはわからないといっていた。
He told me that some restaurants which seemed closed were open for delivery only until yesterday. But he doesn’t know whether they will open or not from today.
自分には話をきくことしかできないが、久しぶりに会って元気そうだったので、なによりである。
