My friend who is a shop owner decided to close permanently.
彼はブログも辞めるとのこと。
He is also going to close his website.
私の唯一のブログ仲間がなくなることになる。
This means that my only blog companion will be gone.
私は彼にブログだけを続けるように説得したが、彼はそうは言わなかった。
I tried to persuade him to continue just his blog but he didn’t say yes.
他にできることがないので仕方がない。
So, it can’t be helped because there is nothing else I can do.
しかし、私が投稿を書き続けることができた大きな理由は、ブログの仲間として彼がいたことだったので、彼に感謝したいと思った。
However, I wanted to thank him because one of the big reasons I could keep writing posts is that he was there as a blog companion to help motivate me.
ブロガーの約7割が1年以内に投稿をやめると言われているが、わたしはやめない。
I won’t stop doing it even though it is said that about 70 percent of bloggers stop writing posts within a year.
