GW初日。
Today is the first day of Golden Week this year.
とはいえ、今年はコロナ禍もあり、とくに外出はしない。
However, we won’t go out during the holidays because we are still in the COVID-19 pandemic.
散歩にいくと、町工場やマンション建設現場は今日も稼働していた。
When I walked around, I found that small factories and construction sites of condominiums were in operation today as well.
おそらく今日まで稼働し、明日から１週間、遅れてのGWとなるのだろうと思った。
I guessed that they were working until today and their 1-week holidays would start from tomorrow.
街は普段と変わらず、進んでいる。
My town hasn’t changed anything even though it is surrounded by the pandemic, it keeps moving forward.
自分も変わらず、副業をこなすのみだ。
I also concentrate on my side hustles for the future.
