立って本を読むようにしている。１人でするときももちろん、長男を抱っこしているときもそうしている。
When I’m by myself looking after and holding my child, I stand while reading books at home these days while using a baby carrier.
もともとは、立っていないと泣き止まない長男に合わせて行っていたが、いまはそれが当たり前になっている。
Naturally, I started doing this because he cried when I was sitting and holding him. Because of this, standing while reading books has become one of my standards.
おかげで、立っている時間が増えた。
Thanks to the new habit, the amount of time I stand increased.
その分疲れも多くなり、夜よく眠れるようになった。
I sleep better because I’m even more tired.
