自宅近くの道路で行われたオリンピックの聖火リレーを生でみた。
We watched the Tokyo Olympic torch relay which was held on the road near my apartment.
当初は全く興味はなかったが、開始の花火の音が聞こえたら、見たくなった。
We weren’t going to watch it. However, we changed our minds after hearing the fireworks that was the notification for the start of the torch relay.
１時間ほど見た。
We watched it for about an hour.
パレードと同じような広告車もたくさん出ていた。
There were a lot of advertising vans similar to a parade.
すぐ近くでランナーの交代も見ることができた。
We also could watch the event of changing runners in front of us.
オリンピックが開催されることを期待したい。
We hope that the Olympic games will be held this year.
