100年を楽しく生きていくためには、ずっと努力し続けるのはしんどい。

であれば、前半50年をどれだけ努力できるかにかかっているのではないか。
If so, your life depends on how much you make an effort within the first 50 years.
前半で努力し資産を築ければ、その資産を使って生きていけるのではないかと。
If you make huge assets, you can live without work by using the assets and dividends from the assets.

わたしの場合、あと16年ある。
In my case, I have 16 years left till the end of the first 50 years.
しっかり努力して、後半50年のための資産を築いていきたい。
