地元での作業するためのオフ会に参加。
I attended a meet-up focused on working on our side hustles, held in my hometown.
近くのシェアオフィスでの作業。サウナでしっかり温まってからの参加で集中して作業できた。
We gathered at a shared office near the station, and I headed there after stopping by the sauna. Thanks to that, I was able to concentrate fully on my side hustles.
また、メンバーとの交流も楽しかった。やはり、こうして人と会うのは楽しい。今年は、人的資本への投資に消極的だったけど、やはり伸ばしていこうか迷う。
I also really enjoyed chatting with the other members. As I know well, connecting with people is something I truly enjoy. Although I had previously decided not to invest time in building human capital, I’m starting to wonder if I should reconsider and focus on expanding it instead.
楽しいし、なにかのきっかけになるはず。投資した分、きちんと回収は難しくても大きく化ける可能性は十分にある。
Building human capital is enjoyable, and it might open the door to new opportunities. Even if the time I invest doesn’t result in immediate returns, it could eventually lead to something much bigger.
なので、できる限りのことはやっていこうと思う。大変な道だからこそ楽しいし成長がある。なんでも臆せずチャレンジしていこう。
So, I’ve decided to focus on growing my network as much as I can. The challenging path is often the most rewarding, and it helps me grow. I’m going to keep pushing forward without hesitation.
