Today was my first day working at the new office.
Compared to my previous office, which was directly connected to Tokyo Station, the new one is near Hamamatsuchō Station. The building itself is quite new, which is the only real advantage of the move—everything else feels like a downgrade. Honestly, this change is just another push for me to find a new job.
I really want an offer from the company I’m currently applying to. Even though I know the work will be challenging, it’s an extension of what I’ve done before, so I believe I can adapt quickly.
More than anything, this opportunity would allow me to return to the construction phase, which is a huge advantage. I find far more satisfaction in building structures and plants than in project development, where failure is common.
I’m determined to get this offer, and I’ll give my best effort in the upcoming interview rounds.
To be continued.
