You can hear the voice recording for the diary.
I went to the Libe City Kanagawa Office with my son yesterday, taking the Saphir Odoriko from Tokyo to Yokohama Station.
I had an appointment with a friend I had previously met at the Saitama Office.
When we arrived, my friend was already there, chatting with his friends. Although we wanted to join the conversation, we decided to have lunch first since we hadn’t eaten yet. We enjoyed the freight container lunch box we had picked up at Tokyo Station.
This was my first time visiting the Kanagawa Office, and I found it quite nice. Unfortunately, no one else had brought their children, so we were the only ones with a kid in the group. However, some people were kind enough to interact with my son, and we had a good time. I’d like to visit again if there’s ever a meet-up that includes children.
For our return trip to Tokyo Station, we took the Narita Express. While we could have taken an ordinary train, I chose to spend an extra 600 yen to secure seats. It was well worth the investment—once we sat down, both of us fell asleep. It turned out to be a great way to spend my money.
To be continued.
