妻が友人と外出というので、子供といっしょにリベシティ神奈川オフィスに行ってきた。
Since my wife was going out with her friend, I took my son to the Libe City Kanagawa Office.
せっかくの横浜駅までの移動、この機会にサフィール踊り子に乗車することを途中に思いついた。調べてみると、まだ席が空いていたので、早速奪取。さいたま新都心駅から急いで東京駅まで向かい、新しく発売したコンテナ弁当を買って乗車。
On the way, I had the idea of riding the Saphir Odoriko to Yokohama Station. When I checked seat availability, there were still some open seats, so I quickly booked one. We rushed from Saitama-Shintoshin Station to Tokyo Station and picked up the fourth freight container lunch box we had been looking for before boarding the train.
車内はとてもキレイかつ、天井にも窓があるので、とても明るい。しかも、座席が2+1配列なので、とても広々している。
The interior of the train was incredibly clean and bright, thanks to the skylight windows. The seating layout was also unique, with only three seats per row, making it feel very spacious once we settled in.
出発後のアナウンスで、満員であることを知った。わたしがチケットを購入したときには、まだまだ空きがあったのに、その後の１時間足らずで売り切れたことになる。買っておいてよかった。
As the train departed Tokyo Station, an announcement informed us that all seats were fully booked. Just an hour earlier, when I bought my ticket, there were still vacant seats, but they had all sold out in that short time. I was relieved that I managed to secure one.
横浜駅までの２駅だけだったけど、とても有意義なお金の使い方になった。乗車中の写真がないのは失敗したけど、写真がなくても、親子でもいい思い出になった。
Even though we only rode for two stations, I felt it was a great way to spend my money. I completely forgot to take pictures during the ride, but regardless, it became a great memory for both of us.
