リベ新橋オフィスにて転職オフ会である。
I hosted a job change meet-up at the Libe City Shimbashi Office.
午後にやりたかったけど、それだとオフィスが混んでしまいオフ会開催が大変なので、朝イチから席を確保しての10時スタート。
Even though I wanted to hold it in the early afternoon, securing a table would have been difficult due to the crowd. So, I arrived at the office as soon as it opened and secured a space for the meet-up at 10 AM.
大相撲オフ会で知り合った人を含め、定員の５名が集まってくれた。みんな真剣に聞いてくれはしたけど、個人的には不完全燃焼。
In total, five people attended, including someone I had met at a sumo championship meet-up. While they listened to my explanations, I wasn’t satisfied with the outcome.
正直、これまでのように楽しめなかったし、オフ会の後のお礼もなかったので、もうやらなくていいかなと思う。
Honestly, I didn’t enjoy hosting the meet-up like I used to, and none of the attendees expressed gratitude afterward. Because of this, I don’t think I’ll host another one.
至近で人的資本を伸ばすつもりもないし、であれば、今は家族との時間、お金稼ぎの時間を増やしたいので、リベ活は少し控えめにしようと決めた。
Right now, I’m not interested in growing my human capital. Instead, I want to focus on increasing my income and spending time with my family. So, I’ve decided to step back from Libe City activities.
