久しぶりの1日1食の日。
I followed a one-meal-a-day diet for the first time in a while.
ここ数日、朝もしくは昼を食べる日が続いたので、体重増加が気になっていた。
I had been eating lunch over the past few days, so I was worried about gaining weight.
間が空いてしまったので、空腹感が極限になるかと思っていたら、実際にはそうでもない。むしろ、かなり調子がいい。
Since it had been a while, I thought I would struggle with hunger, but I was wrong. In fact, I felt surprisingly comfortable.
やっぱり、内臓を適度に休ませるのは大事であると感じた。
I realized that my stomach needed a break.
おかげで、晩御飯がとてもうまい。この生活に戻して、体重を取り戻すとともに、体調万全でこの冬を乗り切りたい。
Thanks to that, I truly enjoyed my dinner. I’m going back to my one-meal-a-day routine to lose weight and stay healthy throughout the winter.
