You can hear the voice recording for the diary.
I had brothless noodles in the morning, and this was my first time having them this year.
The shop isn’t crowded in the morning, so I can eat at my own pace, which I really enjoy. As usual, I ordered extra noodles and was fully satisfied.
The only difference this time was that I took the first Shinkansen of the day. Because of that, I had more time to study before work, even after eating my morning noodles, and I was able to focus well.
Based on today’s experience, taking the first Shinkansen will be my condition for eating ramen in the morning. That way, I’ll have enough time either to study or to organize my tasks for my main job.
So, I want to have brothless noodles again tomorrow after taking the first Shinkansen. If eating ramen gives me energy, I might as well increase my portion size. After eating ramen, I can balance out the calories by exercising or eating less on other days to stay healthy.
To be continued.
