You can hear the voice recording for the diary.
I watched the trains at the station with my son today. Although watching trains at Omiya Station has become our weekend routine, the freight trains my son loves don’t pass by as frequently. We can watch them more often at the station in our hometown, so we decided to stay there instead.
As I expected, six freight trains passed through the station, and my son took videos with his camera since he remembered how to record them.
I invited him to go to Matsuya, a chain beef-bowl restaurant, instead of our usual ramen shop. I remembered they were offering items with Paw Patrol, his favorite anime characters, so I thought he’d enjoy it.
Since we both knew we’d have rice and curry for dinner later, I suggested we have beef bowls and ordered the BBQ beef bowl. Although the Paw Patrol goods were limited, we were able to get one, and he loved the design.
It was nice for both of us to have a different meal for a change, not just ramen.
To be continued.
