Today’s topic is a continuation of my reflections from attending the meet-up to have hot pot made by a sumo wrestler two days ago.
After I dropped the sumo wrestler back at his stable, I returned to the venue and had dinner with some of the other members.
While the meet-up was incredibly enjoyable, we ended up discussing the challenges faced by the host. The host has many responsibilities, such as coordinating with various stakeholders and managing the attendees. We all agreed that these tasks should be shared among the group to ensure the meet-up can continue in the future.
The host even expressed concern that my task for the day—picking up and dropping off the sumo wrestler—might become burdensome if I were assigned to do it every time. I believe, however, that her ability to gather people stems from her natural charisma and leadership.
In the end, we concluded that future meet-ups should be limited to a close group of trusted friends from Libe City. I’m truly happy to be part of this group, where I can trust and rely on the members, and I’m eager to contribute in any way I can. Since I’ve been given the go-ahead to bring my family to future meet-ups, I’m really looking forward to enjoying the hot pot with them as well.
To be continued.
