今日は、社内の人といっしょにランチで冷やし中華の専門店へ。
I had lunch with my colleagues at a specialty cold noodle shop today.
どうやら、我々開発チームに対する不平不満はホントだったよう。でも、まだ案件がない中で、実績を作るために奔走するのは仕方のないこと、と思ってくれている人もいて、少し気が楽になった。
The rumors about my project development team are true. Some people are complaining, but others understand that we’re focused on developing projects as much as possible. I’m feeling a little less stressed now.
まずは、わたしも案件発掘に注力する。

合わせて、違う転職エージェントを紹介してもらった。エージェントがいうに、とりあえず、先方とカジュアル面談をしてみるのも一考とのこと。
As a next step, my colleague introduced me to another recruitment consultant. The consultant suggested having informal chats with potential companies.
ただ、話しがとんとん拍子に進みかねないので、一旦はなしにしてもらった。今度こそ失敗はできないので、その辺をしっかり考えて転職活動に臨みたい。
Since things might move quickly, I decided not to apply for any chats right now. This is my last chance to change jobs, so I want to think carefully about my goals.
