新しい会社での出張、出張規定にこれまでの会社と大きな違いがある。
There is a big difference between my current company and my previous companies regarding business trip rules.
それは、日当として日数に対してお金が支払われるのではなく、使った金額に対して領収書払いになる、ということ。つまり、食べたり飲んだりしないとお金がでない。
At my current company, the daily allowance is reimbursed based on the actual expenses of each day, rather than being paid based on the number of business trip days. In other words, I get reimbursed for what I actually spend on meals and drinks.
これまでは支出に関係なく支払われていたので、使わずに貯める、ということができた。しかし、それはもう昔の話。
In my previous companies, the daily allowance was paid regardless of my expenses, so I could save money in my account. However, that’s no longer the case.
今はまだ２人以上での出張がほとんどのため、お昼を食べたり、お酒を飲んだりすれば枠を使い切れてしまう。
Since I’m new at my current company, I have to go on business trips with my colleagues, making it easy to use up the daily allowance on eating and drinking.
１人で行くようになったら、それこそ昼は食べずに、夜を豪勢にしたい。焼肉行ったり、海鮮食べたり、ラーメン以外のもので予算を使い切りたい。
When I go on business trips alone, I plan to use the allowance for a great dinner by skipping lunch. I’m aiming to visit restaurants for Japanese BBQ or seafood, rather than cheaper options like ramen.
