残念ながら、エージェントに紹介してもらった企業には落ちてしまった。
Unfortunately, I was not successful in securing a position at the company recommended by my recruitment consultant.
２番手につけているようなので、可能性が全くゼロになってしまったわけではないにしても、待っているのはやりたくない。
Currently, I am in the second position among the applicants, leaving a possibility of still receiving an offer. However, I am not keen on waiting for this opportunity.
なので、転職していく後輩に紹介してもらった会社に受けてみることに。
Therefore, I have decided to apply to the company where my reliable colleague is moving to.

わたしももっと彼といっしょに仕事がしたい。わたしの１つ下にも関わらず、案件開発に必要な交渉力、行動力を兼ね備え、かつ、地元の方々から来るであろうムリ難題にも立ち向かえるガッツがある。わたしも、リーダーとして、そんな彼の能力を間近で感じ、吸収していきたいし、今後のことを考えると、電気の知識よりも役に立つはず。
I am eager to work alongside him for a longer period. Despite being one year younger than me, he possesses remarkable abilities in negotiating with landowners for project developments and taking decisive action. Moreover, he demonstrates courage in facing unreasonable challenges posed by local stakeholders. As a leader, I aim to learn from his expertise by collaborating closely with him. I believe that enhancing my negotiation skills will benefit my future endeavors more than merely acquiring knowledge about electricity.
