一昨日の夜は、盛大に函館の夜を楽しんだ。
Two days ago, we had a great time in Hakodate.
魚も肉も両方を堪能でき、まさかの昨夜はラーメン屋にいくという。しかもチェーン店で、なんなら２週間前の隔離期間に行ったのと同じところである。
Since we enjoyed both fish and meat dishes before, we decided to have dinner at a ramen shop last night. Moreover, the ramen shop is part of a franchise, and I had visited their branch in my hometown two weeks ago during my quarantine.
このチェーン店（山岡家）は好き嫌いが激しいお店として有名で、むしろ嫌いな人の方が多い。そんなラーメン屋を好きな人と一緒になるなんて、これはいっしょに行くしかないという結論になり、２人で行ってきた。
The ramen shop, called Yamaoka-ya, tends to evoke strong opinions—people either love it or hate it—and the majority seem to hold negative opinions. However, we both agreed to give it a try since it’s one of our favorite ramen spots.
メニューは、わたしのオススメである辛みそネギラーメンネギ増し。ネギラーメンに更にネギを追加することで、いつラーメンを食べてもネギといっしょに食べられるというネギ好きにはたまらない一品。彼も喜んでくれてなにより。
As we made our way from the site visit to the ramen shop, we discussed our favorite menu items. I convinced him to try my favorite: spicy miso green onion ramen with extra green onions since he hadn’t decided on his favorite yet. My favorite ramen offers a delightful experience for those who love green onions, as you can enjoy both the noodles and the green onions until the very last bite. After trying it, he loved it too.
前夜とは異なり、違った函館の夜を過ごし、更なる結束を深めた２日間だった。
By spending time together in a different setting from the previous night, we were able to strengthen our relationship over the past two days.
