今日の仕事の後、先生といっしょに出前授業の前に足しげく通ったラーメン屋に行ってきた。
After work, I went to the ramen shop with the teacher with whom I had discussed organizing the session at his school.
久しぶりのラーメン。１日１食生活のせいか、少し量が足りないと感じつつも大満足のラーメンであった。
It had been a while since I last visited the ramen shop. Despite sticking to my one-meal-a-day diet and not being able to eat much, I thoroughly enjoyed the taste while chatting with my friend.
ラーメンを食べながらの会話にて、来月の異動については、かなり濃厚であると先生が教えてくれた。先生もあと１年残って、生徒のことを見守りたいという気持ちがある中で、人事異動はどうしようもできない。
During our ramen conversation, he mentioned that his transfer would indeed take place. Although he expressed a desire to stay at his school for another year to continue teaching his students, we both understood that personnel relocations are unavoidable.
う〜ん、先生がいなくなってしまうのであれば、いまのPJを離れることに対して未練はないかなと。
For me, if he were to leave the city, I wouldn’t hesitate to leave my project behind.
学校での出前授業、待っていればもう１度できるのはありがたいけど、そこまで待てないのが正直な感想。いま受けている会社が通ったら、そこに行きたい。
Although I might have the opportunity to organize another session at the school in the future, I don’t think I can wait that long. If I pass the interviews, I want to move to the company I’m applying for without delay.
