翌週の現場出張に先立ち、前日入りしてリベシティ岩手オフィスに行ってきた。
For the upcoming business trip this week, I decided to spend the night before at the Liberal Arts City Iwate Office.
今週は、オフィス活用ウィークで新しく入った人のためのオフィスでの勉強会を兼ねて、たくさんのオフ会が開催され、自分も同じくオフ会を開催してきた。
Given that the official events for newcomers are currently underway, numerous meet-ups are scheduled for this week. I also organized a meet-up at the office to support the official event.
結局、１人しか集まらなかったけど、それでもとても積極的な方だったので、楽しい時間を過ごすことができた。
Unfortunately, only one person attended my meet-up. However, I still had a fruitful conversation with him as he was quite an active participant.
やはり、リベシティオフィスは、作業をするよりもたくさんの人と会ってリフレッシュしたい。そうすれば、必然的にやる気につながる。しかも、それは副業だけでなく、本業にもつながっていくので、オフィスの活用方法を改めたい。
From my experience, I find it more enjoyable to engage in conversations with the members at the office rather than focusing solely on my side hustles. It’s a great way to refresh myself. Afterward, I can shift my focus back to my side hustles. Moreover, this engagement can also be considered a part of my side hustles as well as my main job. Therefore, I plan to adjust my approach when visiting the Liberal Arts City Office.
少なくとも、出張時にオフィスに行った時には、作業よりも交流を優先したい。
Above all, I prioritize engaging in meaningful conversations over working on my side hustles while at the office.
