CV（職務経歴書）に現在のポジションでの実績を書きながら考える。すると、現職に入って失敗をしていないということに気がついた。
While updating my CV with my achievements in my current position, I realized that I have never encountered failure since I was assigned to this role.
わたしの失敗が周りの残念な社員のおかげで、表面化していない可能性も十分にあるけど、それを考慮しても、思いつくものがない。
Thanks to my unproductive colleagues, any failures I may have experienced are likely to have gone unnoticed. Nevertheless, considering the circumstances, I can’t recall any significant failures.
次の会社にこのまま移ってしまうのもいいけど、どでかい失敗をやらかしてからでも遅くはないのではないかと。
Although I could move to another company now, I believe it’s not too late to change jobs even after facing a major challenge.
とはいえ、逆に失敗をしないように取り組んできたわけで、それはこれからも変わらない。そうすると、転職のタイミングを逸してしまうのではないか。
However, I’ve been diligently focusing on my main job to avoid any potential setbacks or controversies, and I intend to maintain this approach in the future. However, if I continue like this, I might miss the ideal opportunity to leave the company.
