翌日の地権者との交渉に最善の準備で臨むべく、駅近くのホテルに宿泊した。今回は、少し早めに予約ができたので、ちょっといいホテルがリーズナブルな価格で押さえられた。
I stayed at a hotel in the Tohoku region for a negotiation with the landowner of my project, which was scheduled for early morning. I managed to book a high-grade hotel at a reasonable price since I had planned the business trip in advance.
もちろん、それらはサブ目的で、一番の目的はリベシティオフィスに行くこと。久しぶりのオフィス訪問。みんなから元気をもらうために行ってきた。
The negotiation wasn’t the main reason for staying overnight. my primary purpose was to visit the Liberal Arts City office. It had been a while since my last visit, and I wanted to draw inspiration from the members.
こちらとしても、GIVEできるようにと、転職オフ会を合わせて開催。転職に二の足を踏んでいる方の後方支援ができればと思っての開催。
During my visit, I organized a meetup to discuss job changes and offer advice to those considering new opportunities. I aimed to support members who were hesitant about making career shifts.
結果は、１人が参加してくれた。これから転職活動をしていくとのことで、転職活動のいろはを伝えることができた。参加してくれた方は、奥さんとリベシティに入っていて、今日は、奥さんもオフィスにいて話をすることができた。
Fortunately, one member attended the meetup. He expressed his intention to apply for job interviews, and I offered advice based on my own experiences. It was a productive discussion, and I had the opportunity to speak with both him and his wife.
家族でいっしょに入れるコミュニティってホントに大きいと思う。わたしもリベシティなら一緒に入りたいと思う。妻にまた話をしてみよう。
The Liberal Arts City community is welcoming, and I believe it would be beneficial for my wife to join as well. I plan to discuss this idea with her again soon.
