彼は、無事に子供が産まれてうれしそう。話を聞いていて、自分の長男が産まれた時のことを思い出した。思い返すと、この３年間はあっという間だった。
He seemed genuinely happy after the arrival of his baby. As I listened to him, it brought back memories of when my own child was born. Looking back, the three years after my child’s birth seemed to have flown by.
また、今後のスケジュールを相談。風車サイトで使う土地の賃貸借契約に向けて準備が必要と教えてもらった。
During our conversation, we discussed the schedule of my project. He suggested preparing a surface right agreement to secure the land for the power plant.
土地の契約など、マンションを買った時にざっと話を聞いたくらいで、全く未知の世界。しっかり勉強して、契約に向けてPJを進めたい。やはり、彼と話をしていると仕事が捗るので、とても頼もしい。
Land agreements are somewhat unfamiliar to me; the closest I’ve come to this is when I purchased my apartment. Thus, this is a completely unknown territory for me. I’m eager to gain knowledge from him to advance my project. He is a highly reliable person for me, and our conversations are always very productive.
