大相撲観戦に行ってきた。今回も、序の口からの参加。
I caught the sumo championship at the national sports hall, joining the meet-up with the Liberal Arts City crew right from the morning kick-off.
前回よりも多く20名の参加となった。それぞれ参加メンバーが特に応援している力士にみんなで声援を送ったり、最後の最後、横綱が負けて座布団が投げられたり、とても楽しい時間であった。
We had a solid turnout of 20 people today, even more than the last time. While immersing ourselves in the matches, we passionately cheered for our preferred sumo wrestlers. It was quite a spectacle when, post-match, cushions were hurled in the air because the grand champion wrestler suffered a defeat. The whole day was a blast of enjoyment watching the matches.
メンバーも初めて会う人ばかり。しかも、サラリーマンではなく、自分で事業を経営されていたり、不動産投資をしている人が多く、興味をそそられる話をたくさん聞けた。
I got to meet all the members for the first time at this meet-up. What’s intriguing is that they’re not just your regular office workers; many of them are hustling in their own businesses, like real estate investment. Engaging in some fascinating conversations, I soaked in interesting stories.
わたしも、本業もいいけど、副業をもっとがんばろうと思った。そしてなにより、もっと東京オフィスに行こうと思う。彼らのような、自分で頑張っている人の話をもっと聞きたいし、それによって、自分の副業へのプラスにしたい。
Chatting with the crew during the matches has fired me up to give my all to both my main job and side hustles. Above all, I’ve got this itch to visit the Tokyo office of Liberal Arts City. I’m eager to pick the brains of members who’ve been grinding in their side hustles and absorb some positive vibes for my own business.
