You can hear the voice recording for the diary.
I visited my former workplace to discuss a potential collaboration for my ongoing project.
Their internal assessment indicated their capability to handle the task. However, they require our company to make a 100% advance payment upon contract due to concerns about our financial strength and their adherence to internal regulations.
Alternatively, they suggested submitting our financial statements for their review and they’d then determine the necessity of the advance payment.
Their strict conditions are a challenge. Moreover, I’m aware that our financial standing isn’t robust enough to meet the contracting requirements of larger, more established Japanese companies.
Despite our existence since 2018, we’ve yet to generate profits or notable achievements. This lack of track record makes conservative companies doubt our sustainability. It’s becoming clear to me the difficulties associated with working in a very small company.
To be continued.
