作業が終わったあとは、いつものラーメン屋さんへ直行。今月から販売スタートした油そばにチャレンジ。東京駅で食べたインパクトが忘れられず、地元でも食べたくなってのトライ。
After work, I headed straight to my favorite ramen shop near the station. They recently started offering noodles without broth, which intrigued me because I remembered trying a similar type at Tokyo Station earlier this month. I wanted to give it a shot in my hometown for the first time.
おいしいのは認める。ただ、ここのラーメン屋さんの売りは、手打ち麺に合わせたスープとラー油であると考えるわたしにとって、汁なし麺は魅力が半減という感じ。
The experience was good, but what truly captivates me about this ramen shop is the blend of their noodles with the broth and chili oil. The noodles without broth are less appealing to me.
次はないかな。やはり、通常のチャーシュー麺がベター、理想はなんといってもつけ麺。
I’ll likely skip ordering that next time and stick to my favorite choices, such as their char siu ramen or dipping noodles, which I absolutely love.
