You can hear the voice recording for the diary.
I had lunch with the new member who joined our company this month as a specialist in land acquisition. He’s one of the few colleagues who truly understand me in the company. We share common ground in terms of age and family structure, allowing us to easily connect with each other.
Most importantly, we both share concerns and a sense of urgency regarding our company’s future and have been actively working toward its improvement. This shared drive makes communication between us effortless.
Furthermore, since our expertise lies in different areas—land acquisition and electricity—we can support each other effectively. It’s incredibly beneficial.
Finding such a close friend within the company is a rare occurrence for me. The last time I connected with someone like this was when I had an assistant at my previous company. He’s someone I find very dependable and a great support for my mental well-being.
Finally, I’ve found someone I can trust within the current company.
To be continued.
