事業者として、書類の詳細の中身を確認することも大事であるが、それ以上に大切なことは、きちんと書類が整理されていること。

中身の計算などは製作者が確認できても、その体裁だったり、規則やルールに合致しているかが大事。なので、そのルールを勉強しておくことで、EPC業者から出てきた資料の確認もスムーズになるし、不要なところでつまづかない。
Contractors and manufacturers can confirm the technical aspects of their documents, such as calculations and evidence. Our task, on the other hand, is to confirm whether the submitted documents comply with the relevant laws and regulations. This means that I need to study the rules and regulations so that I can review their documents efficiently and ensure they meet the required standards.
細かいところを確認するのではなく、大筋を押さえることが大事であると。

たしかに、これまではといえば、細かい部分にずっと気を配ってきた。しかし、今後は、リーダーとして大局的に物事を見ていくことが大事であると学んだ。夢を実現するためのリーダーになるためには、まだまだ学ぶことがたくさんある。
