I have been visiting local residents since yesterday.
どんな企業が当サイトで事業をやろうとしていたのか、なぜ全て撤退してしまったのかを調査。
I conducted research to understand why developers initially attempted to establish their businesses in this area and why they eventually abandoned their projects.
話をきいていると、どうやら近隣で開発をしている事業者が実施していたことがわかった。おそらく、開発を検討する中で、制約や条件を確認するうちに、今のスポットで落ち着いたものと思われる。なので、当社も、それを判断するところにようやく来た、といったところか。
While engaging with various stakeholders, it appears that the developers who are currently working on projects near the city had previously attempted to develop projects in this area. They might have encountered significant risks and challenging conditions that led them to abandon their projects here and pursue opportunities in their current locations. Consequently, it seems that we are now facing similar challenges and uncertainties as our competitors.
夕方は、サウナーの方と学校訪問の打合せである。ご飯を食べながら非常に活発な議論となった。
In the evening, I had a productive discussion with my friend about the upcoming session at the school. We had a fruitful conversation while enjoying dinner at a Chinese restaurant.
事業が無くなってしまう可能性がある中での熱い議論、非常に残念でならない。プロジェクトはポシャっても、これだけは成功させたい！
Although there is a possibility that my project may be terminated, I’m determined to make the most of the situation. I would feel disappointed if the project were to fail, but I want to ensure the success of the session, even if the project faces setbacks.
