昨日の先生との面談のあとは、いつも通り盛岡に一泊。
After my interview with the expert, I stayed at a hotel in Morioka yesterday.
それで行くべきところは、リベシティ岩手オフィスである。
The reason for my stay in Morioka was to visit the Liberal Arts City Iwate Office.
もはや、出張時のルーティンになっている転職オフ会である。飛び入り参加の方も含め、６名が参加してくれた。
Visiting the Iwate Office and hosting a meet-up for job changes on the first day of my business trip has become a routine for me. A total of six participants attended my meet-up, including an unofficial participant.
４部作で作ったプレゼン資料、初めて第２部を使っての説明になった。みんな真剣に聞いてくれたし、参加者の方からは、なぜここまで有益な情報を共有してくれるのか、といった嬉しい言葉をもらった。
I delivered a presentation in four parts, and I used the second version for today’s meet-up. All of the attendees listened attentively, and some provided very positive feedback, such as, “I don’t know why you’re sharing such valuable information.”
わたしとしては、いっしょに頑張れる仲間を作りたい、その１点である。仲間づくりに大事なことは、まずはギブであると考えるので、それを実行するのみ。
My motivation for doing this is simple: I want to build good relationships to work together in the near future. I believe that the most important aspect of relationship-building is giving to others, so I follow my faith and continue to share my knowledge and insights.
