今日は久しぶりの出社である。
I worked at the office for the first time in a while.
朝一、サンシャイン60に入っているコンサルティング会社での打合せをした後、会社近くのスペイン料理のお店で総務担当のお姉さん方とランチ。
On my way to the office, I stopped by a consulting firm for environmental matters located in Sunshine 60 for a meeting. During lunchtime, I went to a Spanish restaurant with the office managers from my company.
ここのお店のランチはお酒に合うというので、昼間からランチワインをいただいた。ランチで初めてお酒を飲んだ。
They suggested that the dishes paired well with alcohol, so we ordered lunch wine. It was the first time I had alcohol during lunch.
結論としては、もうやらない。午後の仕事が眠くて仕方ない。
My impression was negative, and I decided I would never drink alcohol at lunch again because I felt very sleepy in the afternoon.
夕方、帰りがけに土地関係のコンサル会社によって出張報告をすると、ここでも飲みのお誘いが。すでに酒が入っていたので、すんなり承諾。そのまま終電近くまでずっと飲んでいた。ま、そんな日もあるよね。
Later in the day, I visited another real estate consulting firm to report on the previous business trip. They invited me for drinks, and since I had already consumed alcohol, I accepted their offer. We had drinks at a restaurant near their office until it was time for my last train. It was one of those days.
