昨日、社内でわたしがメインで運営しているプロジェクトの今後の進め方の社内会議があった。
We recently held an internal meeting to discuss the future schedule of my project.
結論としては、年内に風況観測用のタワーを設置するのがムリであることがわかった。
During the meeting, I came to realize that we won’t be able to construct the tower for measuring wind strength within this year due to the lead time required for the equipment.
もっと早く言ってくれれば、もう少しペースを落としたり、他のことに時間を使えたのに、ホントに社内での情報共有が乏しすぎる。
Had this information been communicated to me earlier, I could have adjusted the pace of my business trips or redirected my focus elsewhere. It’s unfortunate that information sharing within the team appears to be lacking, even though we are a relatively small team of just 13 people.
いずれにしても、急いでも意味がないことがわかったので、マイペースにやっていこうと思う。
Nevertheless, I now understand that it won’t be possible to complete the measurement equipment as originally scheduled for this year. Consequently, I plan to manage my project with a more relaxed timeline.
とりあえず次回以降の出張は予定通り向かって、地域との関係を構築していきつつ、リベシティに通ってプライベートの人脈を広げたい。
I intend to proceed with my upcoming business trip as originally planned, which includes networking with local residents and private communities through Liberal Arts City.
