転職オフ会、どういう風にやっていこうかとずっと考えていて、やっとまとまった。
I was contemplating how to organize meet-ups for job changes and finally came up with an idea.
そのきっかけは、リベシティで出会った友人にマンツーマンで説明していた時にもらった一言。”とてもわかりやすいし、できればもっといろいろ詳しく聞いてみたい”、という感想。
What helped me find my approach was the feedback from a friend who heard my presentation on job changes. She found my explanation very engaging and expressed interest in hearing more detailed experiences.
１回の説明では、できることが限られてしまう。であれば、数回に分けてステップごとに話を掘り下げていけば、オフ会参加者に寄り添ったサポートができると。
Since we had limited time for just a single session, I’ve decided to hold multiple meet-ups, each focused on explaining different aspects in more detail. This approach allows me to provide targeted support to attendees who have specific concerns.
早速、資料作成に取り掛かった。アイディア出しに時間がかかったものの、計４回に分けて実施することにした。それぞれステップにおいて、重要なところ、わたしの経験を交えて紹介していきたい。
I began working on the presentations today. While it took some time to create outlines and generate ideas and experiences, I have decided to prepare a total of four presentations. I will be creating a presentation for each step based on my personal experiences.
まずは、スライドを作成するため忙しくなりそうだ！
I anticipate being quite busy as I work on developing these presentations.
