お盆が明け、地元企業も今日から営業を開始しているので、朝から関連業者回りである。
Since the Obon period has ended, local companies have resumed their operations today. Our task for the day was to visit these companies.
朝一、紹介してもらった地元の電設会社にご挨拶をして、その後に地元の組合へ。
We visited one of the electrical contracting firms that had been recommended to us and also the forestry association.
もともと、こちらの組合の方のアドバイスをもらい、お盆の訪問はしない計画で、進め方の作戦をいっしょに考えてくれる予定であった。しかし、地元の方の紹介で数件お会いでき、その後の伝手もできたので、その成果をご報告。
Initially, a representative from the forestry association had advised against visiting the landowners or district leaders during the Obon period and suggested that we create a plan for our project. However, the staff at the roadside station referred us to one of the district leaders, with whom we were able to establish contact. Consequently, we reported this achievement from our business trip.
報告している中で、別の有力者の情報を教えてもらい、早速、その方々へご連絡してみた。
While providing an update to the representative at the forestry association, he advised us that there might be more individuals with authority in the district. Following our conversation with him, we made visits to their residences and offices.
結果して、有力者に今回の出張期間でお会いはできなかったものの、次につながるいいヒントをもらった。
As a result, we were unable to make contact with them during these visits. Nonetheless, the information we gathered will be instrumental in moving forward to the next phase of our project.
