昨日に引き続いて、今日も電気の勉強会を実施。
I asked a two-day study session on electricity to my senior.
今日はこれまでなんとなく実施していた絶縁抵抗測定の目的や意義について、教えてもらった。
During this time, I asked my senior to explain the purpose and significance of the insulation resistance test, which I had performed as instructed by my company.
どうしても会社で学ぶとなると、目的よりもそのやり方だったり、そのために必要な機材であったりと、実務的な要素の勉強が強くなってしまう。
In the past, when I learned about tasks at the company, I tended to focus on their purpose, the necessary tools, and the methods for measurement and evaluation. This approach made my learning more practical than theoretical.
新入社員くらいの時に、目的なんかを教えてもらったんだろうけど、全く覚えていなかったので、今日改めて教えてもらった。
Although I had previously studied the purpose and concepts behind each measurement, I unfortunately couldn’t remember them well. That’s why I sought my senior’s guidance.
本来であれば、そんなこと教わるものでもないし、知ったからといって直接業務に役に立つとは限らない。それでも、１から知識をつけていくためには必要なこと。まずは、１歩ずつ自分の知識を深めていく。
Originally, this knowledge might not have been directly related to my main job, but as an electrical engineer, I understand the importance of acquiring such knowledge. I am currently reskilling to advance my career, and I recognize the need to learn these fundamentals. I am committed to continuing my studies until I reach my career goals.
